How to enter Hyper Dying Will mode?

To enter Hyper Dying Will mode you must gain your own weapons and the Criticism Shot. Once gain your Arcobaleno will then shoot the Criticism Shot but this will not destroy your Clothing.

The only way to enter Hyper Dying Will mode with out the Criticism Shot is by being shot by the Criticism Shot 150 times.
